Daily On-Campus Visit
Randolph College is continuing to monitor the situation surrounding COVID19 and we are committed to taking steps that will enhance the safety of our campus community. We will offer three different visit blocks for our guests at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., and 2 p.m. We will also offer tours on Saturdays at 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Please plan to spend approximately 90 minutes on campus as your visit will include a campus tour, information session with an admission counselor and an opportunity to discuss financial aid related questions with a staff member as necessary.
To ensure the safety of our guests and our staff, we will restrict each time slot to one student with a maximum of 2 guests per student. It is our goal to accommodate all of our guests to the best of our abilities, if you have a special circumstance or question please do not hesitate to contact our office at
admissions@randolphcollege.edu
or (434) 485-8032. At Randolph College, we pride ourselves on customer service and we will happily discuss our policies and any adjustments we can make for your convenience (within the scope of our safety protocols).
Please be aware that
all campus visitors are required to wear a face covering
, to remain in compliance with Executive Order (EO-63) as ordered by the Governor of Virginia. We also will ask our guests to complete a “Pre-visit Risk Assessment Form” and submit this information prior to your arrival on campus. You can access the link here:
Randolph College Pre-Visit Risk Assessment Form
. Upon your arrival on campus, we will also ask the same questions from the “Pre-visit Risk Assessment Form” to ensure nothing has changed. In addition, we ask that you pay special attention to some of our further requirements while you are a visitor on campus.
Please make sure each person in your group has a mask that covers their face and nose at all times.
Please maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet throughout your time on campus.
We will screen all visitors for temperature upon arrival. If anyone in your party exceeds a fever of 100.1, you will be asked to reschedule your visit.
At this time, we will not be hosting large groups of visitors even if they are not planning to enter any of our campus buildings.
Freely use the hand sanitizer we will have available to you upon arrival on campus.
Please follow established protocols when washing your hands (20 seconds with soap and warm water).
Minimize the amount of contact you make with objects on campus and allow staff members to open or close any doors you may pass through.
Try to avoid contact with your face and immediately dispose of any objects that may come in contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth.
We greatly appreciate your assistance in helping us keep our community safe and we are excited about your visit to campus!
