Application Directions and Information
First Time Freshman Applicants
How to Apply
Submit an application via one of the following methods:
- Apply online by selecting “Start Your Application” above.
- Apply online at www.commonapp.org.
- Download and complete the Randolph College Application for Admission (PDF). Submit the completed application as an attachment to admissions@randolphcollege.edu.
Submit your official credentials:
- Request official transcripts from your high school.
- Randolph College is test-optional; however, if you choose to submit your scores, request your official test scores be sent from the College Board or ACT.
Application Deadlines
Early Action (non-binding): Apply by November 15 with notification of your admission status by December 15.
Regular Decision: Apply by March 1. Students will be notified of the admissions decision by March 15. After March 1, we will continue to accept applications and admit on a rolling basis.
Transfer Applicants
How to Apply
Submit an application via one of the following methods:
- Apply online by selecting “Start Your Application” above.
- Apply online at www.commonapp.org.
- Download and complete the Randolph College Application for Admission (PDF). Submit the completed application to admissions@randolphcollege.edu.
Submit your official credentials:
- Request transcripts from the college(s) you’ve attended.
- High school credentials are only required if you’ve completed fewer than 30 credit hours.
- Randolph College is test-optional; if you choose to submit your scores, request your official test scores from the College Board or ACT.
Credit Transfer:
Contact Joy Parr McGrath, 434-485-8032, with any questions about the process of submitting credits for transfer consideration. Visit the Registrar’s site for specific policies and forms regarding the transfer of credit, summer classes, and pre-entry credits such as AP, CLEP, GCE, International Baccalaureate, and military credit.
